Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay
The Bahia Principe is an all-inclusive luxury resort where the concerts and special activities take place. Guests will have access to use the facilities of both the Bahia Principe Luxury and the Bahia Principe Grand resorts. Combined between both sections, there are 1375 rooms, making it the largest resort in Jamaica. All hotel rooms for Island Exodus 13 will be set in the adults only Bahia Principe Luxury.
Guests will be able to take advantage of 6 pools, 6 restaurants, 8 bars and plenty of daytime activities offered by the resort. 4 All Inclusive Nights at the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay are included in this package. For those looking to extend their vacation, additional nights are available as add-ons during the purchase process.

Payment Schedule
- Initial deposit of $500 per person based on double occupancy or $1000 per person based on single occupancy due when making reservation.
- 2nd deposit of $500 per person based on double occupancy or $1000 per person based on single occupancy due by September 15.
- Final Payment due November 15.
- Monthly payments are available. Make initial deposit payment and payments will be divided monthly with final payment on November 15. Payments will be charged on the 15th day of each month.

Deadline Dates
- Adding extra days must be requested prior to December 1, 2022, subject to availability. Adding days after December 1, 2022 will result in an additional $50 per change fee.
- Deducting extra days already chosen must be completed by December 1, 2022. NO refund will be available after December 1, 2022. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Airline information must be received no later than December 1, 2022.
- If your roommate's name is "TBA" we must receive their name no later than December 1, 2022. A $50 penalty will be assessed to add name after December 1, 2022.
Cancellations Are Subject To The Following Schedule
- Prior to September 15, 2022 - Cancellations received prior to September 15, a full refund less $500 non-refundable deposit per person based on double or triple occupancy or $1000 non-refundable deposit per person based on single occupancy.
- Between September 15, 2022 and November 15, 2022 - Cancellations received between September 15 and November 15, full refund less $1000 non-refundable deposit per person based on double or triple occupancy or $2000 non-refundable deposit per person based on single occupancy.
- Cancellations received after November 15, 2022 will NOT be refunded.
- IF the event is sold out prior to November 15, 2022 and you need to cancel your reservation- IF we have waiting list, we will try to resell your room. IF we are able to resell the room a $100 per person penalty applies. No other refund is available.
- IF you choose to resell your room yourself after November 15, 2022, there will be a $100 administrative fee per person assessed to change the names on the reservation one time. This fee can be paid by either party.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO A RESERVATION AFTER December 1, 2022.
- No exchanges of dates for additional events are permitted at any time.
- If you choose only to cancel an extra night booked this must be done no later than November 15, 2022. There will be a $150 fee per night canceled.
